Didn't Make It...

Last Thursday I had the guts to enter four of my works I've done in the past semester, including one that I've done this month, to the 2013 Annual Juried UTEP Student Art Exhibition. 

Works I Submitted: Veva (Myself at 3), Fatima (At age 3), Blossom (Fatima at the Present), and Own Beauty

The jurors were Julio César Morales (Fine Arts Juror) and Matthew Bouloutian (Graphic Design Juror), who judged all the submissions UTEP student artists had submitted. To tell you the truth, I was pretty nervous. But I was also expecting at least one of my works to enter.

Unfortunately, when I went the next day to see the list of names of accepted entries, neither of my works made it.

Oh well, maybe next year, I"ll try again. And maybe next time, I'll also turn in graphic design works as well. Thanks to all who supported me and giving me a pat in the back, even though I didn't make it this year! :D
